Amerifund is a mortgage broker by choice. Being a broker promotes complete transparency. We don’t pad our rates or build profit into a rate sheet. What you see is what you get!  

Brokering also gives our team members access to almost every wholesale lender in the country. This enables you to offer just about every loan program to your clients in a variety of qualifying situations.
