As we approach the end of the year, you may ask yourself, should you buy a home now, or wait until 2023?
Don’t hold out for a big interest rate drop. That will happen, but nobody can predict when. It’s always better to analyze based on today’s numbers, and if rates drop, you can refinance later.
One thing remains true from the beginning of the housing market. In the long run, values increase. And the biggest mistake you can make is to wait. Real estate investors know: you always analyze the deal, not the decade. And if you are looking for a primary residence, then you’re thinking long term anyway.
This means you should buy when YOU’RE ready. Don’t let the market decide for you. Get pre-approved and go for it!
